Deep Rock Town Homes are located in a private neighborhood just off of Jefferson Avenue in Bemidji, MN (See map). Construction began in 2005 and is moving along efficiently. Deep Rock is a planned unit development that will have a total of forty units upon completion. This planned unit development consists of eleven duplexes and six triplexes for a total of forty individual units. The middle units of the triplexes are a two bedroom unit while the remainder of the units are three bedrooms. Deep Rock is an association with all lawn care and snow removal included.
